:laugh: :grin: :) :D :laugh: :grin: :shock: :lips:As you say its your oppinion ,That is what most others have posted their view of things be they members or moderator ,Thats partly the point of the forum a place to air our thoughts ,questions & complaints as for the Admin that are sometimes refferd to I am beggining to wonder what there purpose or interest is with this board as yet they do not seem to make any statement or response to any of the suggestions or queiries regarding the runing of this board
May be it is just a sign of the care they have for any of the users be they moderators or members , :-?
:laugh: Well now when a individual opens up a room that eventually degenerates into aggro Why can that person not use the kick button or better still be able to shut/close the room down =end of aggro
As for Moderators/Members not all following the same rules ,It may not just be the rules as printed it is also the way they are interpreted ,hence the way on any given day one person can be warned or kicked or banned depending on what Moderator is taking the action . :-?
This can result in total confusion by any individual or by onlooking members ,It can just adds to the mayhem
:laugh: There was or is more than one person with a 4 in the name or profile ,Life its full of mistakes, or regretts as for reporters or worse it would never surprise me to see any such stunts pulled by some .
Adult sites are a focus of fascination by some & quite often by people who very much disaprove of such activities etc ;)
This is THE BULLSHIT that makes this place a JOKE ,I think if this statemeant is true then the Moderators are putting there reputation on the line for a Administration that never seems to front up with any published statemeants or backing of such orders :-? :-?
If the Administration really did give out such a order then how is any person to belive /prove it without some type of statemeant being made beforehand ? How or who is the membership to belive ?

So far so good with this thread ,Yes it is a chance for all to constructivly contribute ideas or thoughts as a means of pointing out ways that could be used by Admin to change or improve the whole site.
This is maybe only the tip of an iceberg but to lay out to many points would maybe cause further problems ,If this thread can develop without any arguing or backlash then it may be a BIG FIRST
The bigger picture for me rite now is are ADMIN capeable or willing to listen to the members,take the concerns or ideas on board & actually give some type of ballanced responce :-?

I am inclined to agree in the basic feeling that rules are rules & moderators are required so is consistancy between the moderators
May be as you have said some of the rules are of more importance to the membership & harmony of the board than others.
What are the biggest concerns of the users in the chat rooms=
Capitals being used
Racism
Polatics
Derogatery remarks
Homophobic comments
Undesired whispers
Bigotry
Disrespecting members/moderators etc.
