Boo, i'm 100% with you on this one re. whispers. I've said this a thousand times before til i've gone blue in the face. What difference does a guy saying "Hi, how are you" make, than if he said it in the main room, it still takes up the same space on your screen. Just glance over it, ignore, reply or whatever and swiftly move on. If it gets offensive, then fair enough copy and paste or have a mod intervene, but getting someone kicked for simply saying your gorgeous or sexy or a simple hello is beyond ridiculous, and i think mods can play a part in making other chatters realise this and i think it will also make their jobs a bit easier.

Well if you sent the mail using the profile you have now...Then to be honest i can't really blame them. Just because you say your genuine, doesn't mean you are. Have heard it a thousand times from single guys that they have a bi-female mate etc. Only for them to turn out to be messers. I'm not saying you are one of these, but you have to look at it from their point of view. Perhaps they gave their number out to a "Couple/BiFem" before and it turned out to be a single male who then keeps texting/phoning all the time. It's happened to us.
Unfortunately for males, there are a lot of messers that ruin it for the rest of them. So as to save ourselves the hassle, we don't respond to single male profiles claiming their a couple. My advice would be to change your profile to a couple profile, or set up a new profile.

Terrible if that did happen, but look at the flip side. What if, and it's possible, somehow you did lose the money yourself, you just ruined any chance you could of had of meeting up with a girl you had a great time with. Personally i don't believe in pointing fingers without solid proof/facts.

Ok, i wasn't gonna reply to this post at first but after watching a few things in chat over the last few days, i just have to say what's on my mind. And it might upset a couple of people but i just say what i feel.
Firstly, i think whispers are necessary, for sharing information or getting to know things about people without telling these things to the whole room. An option to Accept/Decline would be useful but as it's not implemented the simple answer to peoples issue with them is simple. Ignore the damn things. It's not rocket science. We all get them, but their no different that some1 else chatting a line on the main screen that u read over.
What's caused me to reply to this topic though is people copying and pasting what people whisper to them. Fair enough if their being abusive or disrespectful, copy and paste and let a mod deal with it. But if all their doing is saying "hi" then what's the point? Ignore it, move on, get on with ur chat. But even worse now what i've seen over the last couple of days is moderators aren't even giving warnings, just instantly kicking people for just saying "hi". Most of these people i've seen being kicked have been new members. Great way to attract people to the site there!!!!!
So, to conclude, it would be great if they could add an Accept/Decline feature but as they don't have it right now, people for gods sake, get over yourselves and just ingore someone if they say "hi" or "how are you" ignore them, that's what i do, and they go away. If they get abusive or disrespectful, then copy n paste, instead of getting someone kicked for thinking they were being polite.

Hey Joe.
First point. There is a feature set up so you can report fakes. You just have to mail admin/mods with the person who you suspect a fake and they will investigate it.
Secondly. Sites Like this are mainly aimed at couples i feel. Not many of these couples want to swing with single men, but there are a few, like us occasionally. For these few that do, there are 100's n 100's of single guys out there to choose from. The best way to have any chance with these couples is to get to know them, earn their trust, find out if you might be what their looking for. It just doesn't happen over night or with one line of "hi, wanna fuck". I'm yet to meet any1 that's used that line and it's worked lol.
Also for the single fems on this site, it's the same. The majority of them won't even entertain you unless you put in the effort and time to get to know them. And they too have 100's of guys looking to get with them.
So my advice would be to just stick with it. Get chatting, get to know ppl, earn their trust etc. 99% of cpls/fems on here will not just sleep with any1 so as i say it takes time.

Last time i checked, this was a forum for ppl to express their views, and the thread starter invited ppl to give their opinion which is all i did. I could just reply to the user and list of times i've seen you have a go at users for no reason whatsoever but i don't want to get into a petty squabble as i've nothing against you westy, just wanted to give my twopence worth, which i believe i'm entitled to do.

Westside, if as you have stated, he folllowed each warning you posted with "lollollol" i can understand your frustration, but at the same time, you can't prove he was directing it at you. Maybe from previous clashes between you two you could assume it was, but as i say you have no way of proving it. He's entitled to ignore your questions just as much as my wife chooses to ignore the 100's of whispers she gets. IF, and i'm just going by what i've read here, IF all he did was put smiley faces up in chat, then i think you are wrong for kicking him. But as i say i'm just going by what i have read here and may not know all the facts, just replying to what i have read here.

Apart from some ignore facility then i dont think there is much that can be done as far as whipsers go.
It may also be very helpful to have a stciky room or two that directing is will ppl juts see the reasonwith it ,it will work.
The caps rule should be left to mods discretion as far as if it were rude of not but noone should be allowed type in caps all the time.
The probs here are ,
Whipsers- this could be helped alot by introducing an ignore facility like josh has said.
Directing could be solved or at least reduced an awful lot (directing as far as the rules go because it is a swing site) by having areas where directing is have rules to allow thgis but ppl arent taking them on board so maybe a sticky area or something.
Caps- even i find this one a little silly at times but it could be left to the mods discretion.
If all of these were sorted then that would free mods to deal with the biggest one being abuse, scamming etc.

Also, hotcouple, glad ur enjoying the trhead I agree that 1 day bans aren't long enough for abusive behaviour etc. Also some behaviour should lead to permanent bans, e.g. racial behaviour.
