Ever Been Bullied By A Particular Mod?

I am starting this thread beacuse I have been bullied by a particular mod and been kicked from chat without having broken any rules and have experienced a very clear attempt of intimidation from the person through misusing their position as moderator. I refer to the moderator known as westside. Let me state now very clearly I do not wish this thread to fall into the nasty slagging type thread which in the end serves nu useful purpose. I wish only to state my experience and to see if any members can identify with me and perhasp confirm they have had a similiar experience. I have never had any problems herw with any moderator and have never had any problems with any one in the rooms. I enjoy my time here. The only mistake it seems I have made is to engage truthfully in the forums and to state certain truths as I perceived them. My forum posts unfortunately involved this mod westside. When I eventually realised that having a logiacl and sane debate with said mod was not really an available option I stated very clearly I was not going to engage in any communication with him in the future. It would seem that for this I have been singled out in the chat room tonight. I was in there enjoying certain cams and expressing my enjoyment through smiley icons. The said moderator then started questioning me as to whether I had a problem with his moderating. As I had hardly even noticed that he was present in the room I merely saw his questions as a means to create conflict with me. I therfore did not answer him and he got more aggresive telling me " I asked you a question" - I was astonished and could not understand why a moderator should act in such a fashion. He then started using the rude and unnecessary "giving me the finger" icon! I continued to enjoy the cam work and continued to express my enjoyment through smiling. I was then kicked! I had not interacted with this mod and nor had I directed or dis-respected anyone in the room. I logged back on thinking it was some tech problem only to be immediately kicked again. Again I logged on and fortunately another mod had arrived on the scene, (this I believe saved me from being continually unfairly kicked) I enquired of him as whether I had been kicked and whether he could tell me. The mod westside then declared I had been kicked because I had smiled each time he put up a warning-phew!! I simply thought, yes the lunatic had in truth taken over the asylum! I could not belive what I was reading-I had been kicked for smiling!! It was an upsetting experience and ruined my night. I have written to admin with details and expect them to review the logs and if it's the case that I inadvertently broke any rules I will immediately acknowledge same. If howver I have not I expect that admin will take reasonable action in order to protect the integrity of the site. I hope they will at least assure me that I will not be singled out to or bullied by this mod and that it will be safe for me to resume my signature entrance to the room with the use of smileys. I xpect also they will be able to tell me that its ok to use smileys when I am enjoying any particular member on cam. Perhaps admin will send ol westside on some type of anger management course in order to ensure he will in the future engage in 'best practice' - hopefully they will? I must state again that I do not wish to have any interaction with this particular mod and I presume that I do not have to answer his aggresive questions if I am not breaking any rules. It is I presume ok for ordinary members to ignore someone who they see as rude and just plain ignorant! Having said all this I would appeal to any fair-minded members who have had similair experiences to simlpy state they it on this thread and to leave it at that. I really dont want to see this thread turning into another one of those threads where westside feels the need to answer and debate and cause agreession with everyone who relates a genuine grievance. I put up warnings and you followed it with this bullshit lollollol.
We cant have this going cant have somoen making a laugh of every warning that i put up because the site will fall apart.

Westside, if as you have stated, he folllowed each warning you posted with "lollollol" i can understand your frustration, but at the same time, you can't prove he was directing it at you. Maybe from previous clashes between you two you could assume it was, but as i say you have no way of proving it. He's entitled to ignore your questions just as much as my wife chooses to ignore the 100's of whispers she gets. IF, and i'm just going by what i've read here, IF all he did was put smiley faces up in chat, then i think you are wrong for kicking him. But as i say i'm just going by what i have read here and may not know all the facts, just replying to what i have read here. Regards, MrHDC.

Last time i checked, this was a forum for ppl to express their views, and the thread starter invited ppl to give their opinion which is all i did. I could just reply to the user and list of times i've seen you have a go at users for no reason whatsoever but i don't want to get into a petty squabble as i've nothing against you westy, just wanted to give my twopence worth, which i believe i'm entitled to do. I wish to have no direct communication with the bully-boy type of mod that westside is. Well to be honest with you its only now i read all of your original post because i was tired so yeah i guess i did focus on the worst part.I cant really see the point in reading an encyclopeadia when your mind was made up from the onset.
I agree with what you say but the funny thing is the guy that was kicked came onto the forums a while back before you came here i guess and started with me despite me never even speaking to you might tell me where the fun in that is?
Like i said you dont know the full facts and the prob with this guy isnt just limited to the other going on a lot.
You were in the marines so your used to challenges so here is a mod here and see for say im an asswipe and this and a yourself there and then come back here and speak.
You contradict yourself completely in this post here by saying its all about fun which is why the mods are there in the first course some arent going to see eye to eye with what i do or say and it doesnt bother me in the interesting thing is you only hear of the bad or apparent bad i do on the the good.
Call me all you want because it doesnt bother me.I reserve my opinion of you because i dont know you or havnt spoken to you.
What makes me smile here is that in reality in one of the most chilled ppl here.

Hey Hot,
I took me a while to get to know and talk to alot of the ppl that i do in the chat.I dont think its ignorance on their everyone yapping on a busy time its hard to follow and remember alot of the women are getting mountains of whispers as well.
There are a few that i talk with regularly in there now that not long ago didnt talk with because we didnt know each other.
I say give it more time,alot more will get to know you after a while and you likewise.

Your missing the whole did them after every warning i put is a big if you didnt intend it like that and its my bad then id be the first to own up to i can go by is my previous experience of you and it looks pretty much consistant.

Ah for the heck of it I'll repeat myself - I do not I say again I do not want any direct contact either with or from the bully boy mod known as westside. The only contact I have ever had with him is on these forums when I pointed out some very very in-appropriate behaviour and alos pointed out the fact that he was using fake profiles when he inadvertently posted from one whilst thinking he was posting as Westside- Hey I just pointed it out and like who gives a fuck how many profiles he uses but he got so so aggresive and from then on he has pursued me in the rooms he has hassled me he has posted warnings every time I say hi to someone every time I make an entry ( :grin: :grin: :grin: ) he has posted a warning then the other night he starts posting 'the finger' every time I made a comment and what did I do??? I continued to smile at him :grin: :grin: :grin: and for this I get kicked!!!!! What a lark what a mod!!!! Anyways as he says himself the logs are there so I await with great anticipation and with great faith in admin to see what they have to say. I can only presume a humble grovelling apology will be forthcoming from the boy. Thats a downright lie.I have ppl who can prove this is not the case and also can prove that the second part is lies as well.

But the question must be asked, is all this very very familiar? Can we really smile and think at last he's gone and will we miss him-where now for drama where now for our latest laugh where now for our mild and wonderful distractions? :und: Oh yeah as a kind of 'by the way' below is a copy of a previous post from the said bully boy mod and if one searched how many more posts of a like nature from the same mod would we find? hmmmmm now there's an idea! This is a copy of what the ‘bully-boy mod' westside posted on this site on 8/5/08 - No more forum posts from me. Im doing this out of respect for all of those that feel the stuff here is unwarranted and also out of respect for admin on the grounds that the forums will become a battlefield for many. :grin: :grin: :grin: thank you Scarlett & Rhett yeah I take your point and I do see that he has not left the forums to the peaceful peeps. But we are used to the westside having no word no integrity and absolutely no common sense by now. The good thing however is that at least he is not hanging around here on this thread-it is safe to say that we have seen him off-possibly the only thread in which he knew he was out voted and out thought and out lawed!!! :grin: :grin: :grin: He just did not get to have the laast word here.
