We do think it has many problems based on it's design - the profiles are not attractive to look at, the colour scheme is garish, the search function not very useful and the whole site far too focused on the chatrooms but there are many fine profiles out there to contact. After that whether there is a match is a wholly different matter and not really the websites fault.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and we have seen many many beauties on this site example of such beauty is as above mmmm Mids mmmm nom nom lol.
Forums always have parties advertised and the parties we have been lucky enough to attended have had a great selection of peeps from the sexy to the down right outrageously sexy. Without the site we would not of had the pleasure so to you S4I we salute you.

just our thoughts...everything is what you make it!...you have to ask yourselves! what it is you really seek? this is one of the better sites if not the best.
the so called "scene" is small in Ireland because Ireland is small.
but whatever it is you seek is here...its all a matter of taste and preference...sometimes it takes an age to find what you want!
other times it just happens..just go with the flo, and enjoy the ride (no pun intended)
if you cant find what you need its not the sites fault!! may be some tweaks are needed here and there? but it is what it is! a small group...some are for you some are not :-)
anyway that's just our informed opinion is all :-) happy hunting :-) ;-)

Site hasn't been well maintained.
Too many things are outlasted.
The groups section is totally pointless some or should I say most haven't been posted to for years.
The dogging section is same ...well actually don't know what it's for.
The site is basically a chat room to look at one or two people playing.
Needs a good clean up.. profiles that haven't been access in over 2 years should be deleted.
Dogging section and groups should be reset.
Dec has potential but living of past glory me thinks.
bivirgin not sure if you are aware or not but the site as a whole is being worked on continously and we are expecting a new frame work for the whole site, very much in keeping with our other sister sites.
At the end of the day people its a site!! the site alone aint gonna get you a meet, it does however, provide an excellent platform in which to meet other like minded people!!
bubbalong, the chat rooms are there for all users, not every one who uses this site can EVER be found in the chat rooms, however you may feel that its cliques if users who use chat rooms participated more in chat you wouldn't feel that way. We as moderators try to welcome everyone in the chatrooms, however there is only so much we can do!! If people do not want to chat what can we do.
The site is currently going through changes and these changes should be effected within the not too distant future, which will make it easier to navigate and have a lot more information, Swing4Ireland is the BEST site here in Ireland unquestionably. I should know I've been on them all!!! People won't land on your laps here nor anywhere else for that matter!!! If you want something out of this lifestyle well, I'm sorry but ya have got to put the work into it to get a return!!

Haven't we got off the point! The thread started as a bashing of normal unsexy friendly folk, some know us here and some don't but we feel this site is for everyone, young, old, fit, unfit, toned and tubby. We have been on the site a few years now and have met all sorts, some we've found attractive and some alas were not for us but saying sexy peeps are a minority is akin to calling the majority of the members ugly. We for one put ourselves in the majority bracket and in no way consider ourselves ugly but are realistic enough to realise we're not to everybody's taste. If people are looking for Adonis type megalomaniacs that at all times looks are more important than anything else regardless of personality and genuineness well so be it. To them all I can say is yes, this site is a waste of time !!

well i think everyone agrees the site needs a bit of work. as some one said the search option needs work. the groups section should be deleted as its pointless. dogging page is way outdated and should probably just be in the forum page. the chatroom is a real let down. in the newbie room nobody is a newbie its all just cpls who know each other talking bout familys and the late late show. if they want to chat and its their right to chat but it should not be in a room called newbies!!! all profiles not active in the last 12 months should be deleted. now if we offend anybody just look at the amount of views this post got. it seems that alot of people think the same. and cpls sent us mail agreeing but were probabaly afraid of backlash from the "locals" if they posted it.
just our thoughts!!!

I work on web sites myself and know that websites need to be maintined and freshened up every now and again...and thats what i feel about this one is that its a bit outdated and stale...especially since people pay for extras

its the same 10/11 people on ther everyday and its hard to interact..not that everyone is not nice..just they know each other so well.
would love to see these sites where u can give someone a rating..kind of like ebay feedback..therefore everyone would know if someone is a time waster or not

I think your post got most attention when it became known you opened the discussion by saying the minority of our members were 'very nice sexy peiple'. So by that logic the majority are............ ??? Trust me views are no indication of agreement. It's an antagonistic approach and I'd imagine it served to alienate more than it brought on-side. You made no reference to the set up of the site, no discussion of your disatisfaction with features or chat rooms, as such it read to me you were complaining about the standard of members you are encountering as opposed to the standard of web-site you are accessing. Your post composition created this impression.
It really is dis-heartening to see relatively new members take this approach and essentially shoot themselves in the foot. While you may have felt you received support from members mailing you who were too afraid to post in agreement, I'd wonder if the post itself was worded in such a poor way that they were reluctant to associate their name with it.
Anyhow, you've cleared it up now, it's the site itself you are complaining about not the members (apart from their personal choice of chat topic).......... you've been advised that there are upcoming site changes, patience is a virtue, case closed.

Feedback and suggestions are always welcomed as a positive, there is absolutely nothing stopping you from emailing a mod or admin directly to make this suggestion, there's no dfference between typing it on a suggestion page, creating a post on a forum or emailing it.
There is a rating system, it's the comments section where other members verify and comment on you. I'd prefer to read a commentators personally chosen words than count stars, so in essence it would be the introduction of a lesser feature in place of a more personal one. (IMO). Negative feedback cannot be allowed i.e. a zero rating as the rating is borne from an off-site experience, we can't police it and can't allow people to make unsubstantiated negative remarks. Just because Joe Soap ticks a box to say Contrary Mary is a time-waster does not mean it's necessarily true.
I can accept the chat room can seem a bit hard to break into, there is no one quick fix though it seems. Open a newbies room exclusively and they sit there not chatting to each other. Without being able to interact with other established swingers then why do they bother committing to the site, arranging meets etc. If you open a newbies only room, sure the majority are going to leave it to come see how the other members interact on the other rooms.
I'm afraid it's hard to keep everyone happy, I'd suggest that you just bear with it for now and see what the site changes bring.

I believe that singles play a very important role but that kind of attitude is not exactly what we as a couple would be looking for in a single guy. He must bring something special into the relationship..he must ooze charisma and charm and know how to keep the male half of the couple reassured that he is not just using his better half like a whore...well, unless they wants to! Lol! Its all about consent mate...and as a single male you need to work hard, much harder than you would if this was a simple dating website, to hone your skills, get noticed and then we couples will invite you ourselves to join us!

This is why I don't meet couples alone! Singles don't play a role, singles are here to equally interact and not to be introduced to a scenario like toys. Don't want to seem argumentative with you Carlos so I won't comment on this again; but as a single I do feel like someone just tried to put us in our place and I strongly object. Best meets I have are where everyone present, be it two or four or more people feel that their enjoyment and participation is equally as important as any other party there. When you bring a man to your relationship, you both have just as much responsibility to ensure his enjoyment as he has to you.

I believe that singles play a very important role but that kind of attitude is not exactly what we as a couple would be looking for in a single guy.
I admit that a lot of single blokes are their own worst enemy when it comes to approaching and interacting with others in these sites. Equally - and this is not a comment on you (I've never met you or had the pleasure of chatting!) - *some* couples can be quite dismissive and even rude to single blokes (can't speak for single ladies), quite likely due to previous encounters with some singles.
