There are many many reasons for someone being on a swing site.
I would like to know why YOU are here.
Personally I would have to say that my reasons have changed dramatically since I first joined 2 and a half years ago.
Then, as I said before in a thread many moons ago....I joined due to low self esteem. I had had 2 bf's mention to me that they wanted to see me with other men. I thought.....is that all I am good for????
Am I not good enough to be someones only?
I returned after an absence at the end of last year to fullfill my sexual desires, increase my experience levels and generally have as much fun as I could after the break up of a serious relationship.
I didnt want any emotional attachment but still wanted my physical needs met. During that time I choose to meet people that I would never have considered a relationship with. I met with purely my physical needs in mind.
Now.....things have changed again for me. I no longer crave the purely physical, but the needs I have cannot be met on here, nor do I wish to remotely try and meet them through this medium either.
So tell me.....
What brought you to here?
Why are you swinging?
The singles.....why are you here?
Couples......is swinging now a hobby or has it become a way of life now? It is a once in a blue moon thing to do together or has it become the major factor in your sexual relationship? maybe even more so than you originally thought it might.
There are people here for purely recreational reasons.....watching the cams......chatting to folk.......looking at the galleries.
There are others who are looking to explore avenues in their sexual life which may have been hidden (eg bisexuality)
There are more than want to admit, who are here looking for a relationship, maybe feeling that their sexual side is their greatest assest....that using it might attract a partner.
And those who have little of no self esteem and join for negative reasons.
Folks....it'd be nice to see some honest replies to this because in truth not all of us joined with our eyes wide open, our esteem and personal relationships at full strength. But i hasten to add, I am not niave to believe that all stories have a negative begining either.

We can't get it right all the time, but so what........ as long as you have a few giggles along the way is the main thing.
For us, its about meeting nice sexy likeminded people, think its great to be in the company of great friends and enjoy ourselves, getting nawty with them is a nice bonus, but never a necessity, then again the girls who enjoy playing with other girls, how else would they go about things?
I use the place as me pressure relief valve. I live in a world of stress, work too hard, dont take holidays, blah blah blah .... so i likes to have a chat and a laugh, have met some great people, met some not so great people.
I dont have any expectations really, so when i do get to spend time with people its great and if anything else happens its a bigger bonus, but its my escape from reality i suppose, as without it i would be alot closer to being tipped over the edge ....lol.

I accidentally fell into this...i was looking for someone (spam told me where to find him>>>>ye feckers laugh but remember i was complete internet virgin!!!!) I joined the site and was amazed at the amount of mail that i got so i said i would give it a go. I am completely commitment phobic so NSA suits me down to the ground. So to answer your question Des i guess its purely for the sex---not even the swinging but one on one. What keeps me here is the wonderful people i have met that i can call close friends, the banter in chat--some of ye may call it abuse :S and when i am lonely the people in chat make me feel like i have come home :D

I enjoy the chat and banter. And enjoying messing about on the forums. Also the fact there is a group of people who see this lfestyle as fun and to be enjoyed rather than the way its viewed by the media as something lewd and sleazy.
Also if I'm honest there's an illicit thrill to perving people on cam and scoping out their pics.
