Exactly the same thing happening with me, unfortunately. I also doubt that this is ISP-related, as I'm able to access chat and video content from other sites tonight.
Edit: Just tested my connection speed and it's just fine at 2.5 Mbps on what is meant to be 3.3 Mbps.
