Please ensure you have read ALL of the information I sent you in the Meet Plan - all you need to know in order to join the social gatherings on either night is included in there.
Those Members who are staying over with the folks in the accommodation will receive their Final Joining Instructions by e-mail on Tuesday 17th August - with maps and local information included.
