BUT, You have to do something NICE for the person above you, if you fancy them it can be sexual if you want (naughty), but if for example you are a straight guy and there is a straight guy above you, then you still have to think of something nice to do but it doesn't have to be sexual, for example you could say you would buy him a pint or have a game of golf with him.
