thers a lady on this site, planning to ask her fella to marry her on xmas day in one of the rooms on swing4ireland. if you think the day ahs long gone tht the woman should wait for the fella to ask her or if u think hell yea woman ask the question please leave ur comments. invites will be going out their friends and whom they want ther. thanks

Eh, she's gona ask him in one of the rooms? Well I'm not old fashioned and consider myself very liberal, however I wouldnt see a chatroom on any site as the place to propose to anyone. Why not do it in person? Somewhere nice and romantic? Lets hope he says yes and she doesnt end up with egg on her face in public. Best of luck all the same, if its meant to be its meant to be...........

I married someone I met on this site, but have to say that if he'd asked me to marry him in a chatroom I'd of been less than impressed. Proposals should be romantic, special and personal, and that wouldn't cut it for me. Would make an interesting story to tell the grandkids in 50 years time... I proposed to your grandad on a swing site. What's right for one person, isn't for another, and just because it wouldn't be my thing, doesn't mean it wouldn't be someone else's. If that's what this particular lady feels is right for her and her partner then go for it, and I hope she gets the answer she wants.
