A few I like, so just name the top three in order of preference. 1. When a Child is Born, Johnny Mathis. 2. Driving home for Christmas' Chris Rea.( especially them 2 or 3 days before the 25th when I'm on way back from work or driving anywhere really, I drive a lot in my job and this song just gives me a great feeling.) 3. Grandma got Ran Over By a reindeer Dr Elmo.......bloody cracks me up.
oh holy night by celine dion
For me it would have to be "Driving home for Xmas" by Chris Rea. A close second would be "Killing in the name" by Rage Against The Machine which might not be a very Christmas kinda song but any song that can prevent the X-Factor ruining yet another Christmas Number 1 with yet another of their karaoke songs deserves all the credit in the world biggrin
carol of the bells
Fairytale Of New York....Shane McGowan and Kirsty Macaul.
Flying Pickets - Only You (xmas 1983) Also like Jonny Mathis - When a Child is Born :-o
Stop The Cavalry - Jona Lewie Christmas Time Don't Let The Bells End - The Darkness
