what are you gratefull for

Just a thread to ask yourself what your gratefull for in life, it can be anything, I will start. Im gratefull for my kids and husband, and that every morning when i go to my babys room im greeted with this amazing big smile, makes me smile.

My grandfather taught me a song yrs n yrs n yrs ago ....Louis Armstrong...what a wonderful world...listen to the words. The things i remember,,,that make me stop n smile,,n people ask why am i smiling...n i cant answer ... innocent

the fact i still have both parents,who r nearing 80..that i had grandparents til their late 90s...and the fact i knew five of my great grand parents...they are / were all a fountain of common sense and i learned a lot from them all. Im alive, in good health...i love my family,,,and i have great mates. thats what im grateful for !!!

I'm Grateful That I'm In a happy place in life, I've great friends and I'm still in a job which I love. I dont think you can ask for too much more in life.

That when i roll out of bed in the mornings i'm fit and healthy and ready to take on a new day. I buried 2 of my friends recently who both died very young and its given me a whole new outlook on life. I see the pain they left behind them, and would love them both to be around but life has a way of throwing curve balls at yah sometimes. Life is short, so make the best of what you have got, and if you cant be with the ones you love, love the ones your with. Sean xx

What a beautiful thread. I am ever so grateful for my parents. Eventhough Dad died when I was 5, his gift of music has inspired me, so has my Mum's love and support. I am so grateful for those who believe in me, my friends, as I continue to live my dream in music. To those who gave me the courage to use my voice and talent to record an album and to perform from the heart...thank you. Finally, I am so grateful for the many people here who have given me a new confidence and have accepted me for who I am. I am thankful, that I am still here,,,, that my heart is still functional, despite weeks of tests,,,, I am thankfull that the growth on my back that was cancerous was removed and has not spread,,,4 years later. I am thankfull that I have a stunning wife, I am thankful for life in general and am thankfull for meeting some wonderful people off here! Those same people know who I am on about.... someone I worked with for 20 years has just been told they have a terminal cancer, Im gratefull for my health, I'm gratefull for the people I know and love,Floks the life we have is short, live it well,eat well, laughf much, be true to yourself.

I'm grateful that i still have all my loved ones round me, although i know for certain family members that won't be for much longer. I'm grateful for my lovely children who i was told i would probably never have and i'm grateful to my gorgeous, funny and sexy husband for helping to smile at the end of a very long day.

I am grateful for my family, mine & their health, that I still have a job & that I have recently made contact with an old friend. Although taxes & death may be a given we often don't pay enough attention to friends and family. "Friendship is when people know all about you but like you anyway. I am grateful for my loving son, who is also a great friend. I am grateful for being able to afford my own home and that I got the strenght a few years ago to take the major step of leaving a bad marriage behind me. For the good friends I've made and met on here and the friends i've yet to meet.
