As a bit of craic and as a way of appreciation for our more active site members, I am proposing an Oscar's style awards ceremony kinda black lingerie event ....... The SWINGSTERS
Everybody is welcome to nominate or just vote a winner straight up under the categories below.... All I ask is you keep your nominations to no more than three and if possible identify the winner of each category...

Funny enough, I was just finishing a second standby bottle of wine last night, and on the side it said "Best drunk before 2011", I was so flattered I wrote off a little memo thanking them for the award, which I graciously accept.

I can't see the discriminatory element in this except maybe those that might get a bit miffed they weren't mentioned in any list, other than that its just a bit of harmless fun, its not having a pop at anyone and if the thread was to degenerate into something unsavory it will no doubt be investigated further. Hope that clarifies for those asking, and the tag a longs.

It must be said, threads like this were not disallowed or banned as has been mentioned. It was on the request of the OPs that previous threads of a similar nature had been asked to be removed or locked. It appears, as with previous threads a lot of members dont post on these type of threads, and those that do participate invariably know the OP through one form or another. Some members like these threads and ,others don’t want their names up on such lists, and I honestly don’t think it would be a case of being miffed if one didn’t see their name here, one would want to be very insecure to feel that way over a list created for the craic. But people posting on topic are entitled to do so whether others think their contributions are informative or not, after all it’s a public forum. Lists of this nature generally only reflect the views of a small minority of active members, and should be viewed with that in mind..

Best Male Profile (Pics & Text) Can't recall their names, but there was a couple of Male Newbie Profiles that I came across lately that I thought had excellently well-written Profiles. (Sorry no good without names I know, but still wanted to give them a mention.)

Best Couple Profile (Pics & Text) There's far too many Couples on the Site lol to pick. I'll look around and see lol, and come back to this one.

(A difficult category though, as it's difficult to come across where both of the couple rather than just one half actively use the Chat-room.
