Which accent does it for you, makes your toes curl? Makes you want to rip someones clothes off? or your own:lick: Well I have to admit I adore the soft Southern accents, Mayo in particular( not the footballers ) but the accents.. Partial to a bit of Cork as well, haven't a clue what is being said, but mmmmmmmm love the low sing-song tones boink

No offence but I'd have to say it would be anything BUT the Northern Irish accent for me (too many hours in college lecture halls listening to the Northern accent waffling on about boring stuff!):sleeping: The accent that really does it for me is the Spanish accent...especially Spanish women speaking English :smitten:

for native english speakers it definitely has to be from Ulster, but more west than east, just sounds sooo melodic to me. Donegal, Derry etc.. but the ultimate has to be a french speaker speaking english - oh just to qualify - it depends on whether male or female. The above for female - for males I actually like the deep southern US tones of Sam Elliot, Kris Kristofferson etc....

The northern or scottish accent works for me every time ... I always like to have a fone chat with someone before meeting as I can be put off by a bad accent.

I was never a big fan of the yank accent, but having just spent the night with an incredible lady from Virginia I have changed my mind. Also any of the Scandanavian accents are lovely..
