It's the end of the year hun, a notoriously bad time to look for funding on anything. New year new start, but I genuinely believe negative energy only attracts more negativity. Maybe make an appointment with your local V.E.C. and also local enterprise board. If you put a spin on it to look like it's a private endeavour you never know what they will come up with.

The Heritage course is to do with local history and it was all to do with stuff like Genealogy (researching family trees)which i have big interest in aswell.
That's the course I did which incorporated word processing, data entry etc. In honesty there was practically no genealogy content but that may have been more to do with the fact we had no interest. If it's the practical stuff you want to gain from the course you can do this through library courses as far as I know free of charge also evening courses such as ECDL will also provide a lot of this content, which I believe you are entitled to attend free of charge...........

Tatts sorry it's bothering you. If your post is in relation to this site it might help to remember that the mail you send is most likely unsolicited, there is no onus to respond. Yes, it might seem rude not to respond but that's the chance you take. Not everyone feels they want to log on to this site to compose emails and some of us have tired of the fact that when you email and say thanks for the email but it's not for me right now it leads to further emails asking why not, how can I change your mind, ah go on , ya will ya will ya will..........
I personally do not answer mail. I log in to chat and perform my mod duties. I won't apologise for not responding, that's my choice. I understand that it seems rude but it's a choice I have made in order to protect my enjoyment of the site. To give an idea as to why, I'd say that since joining the site I have received over 7,000 emails (a conservative estimate). If I had answered every single one I'd have tired fairly quickly of the whole thing.
Brat ya! It's not that I don't like receiving mail. But I find the chat room a better means of communication, I can't think of one meet that I have had that has come about as the result of a mail, but old age is setting in the memory's not what it used to be.........I'm on site to meet or chat, so the email facility is one I don't have much call for. I only posted that so that it might be understood why some of us don't answer mail, more than happy to chat to you in the chat room as it's more effective.
