Love the site and there are lots of users but we think a better validation system would be a great idea. I know there is a validation system but it is not clear when you look at profiles etc, who or what is validated.
When a profile is photo verified there should be a prominent symbol when searching and you should be able to search verified only memberss. Another great system would be a gold verification where members would talk briefly to a mod on cam.
This would cut down time spent dealing with fakers. Works great on another site we are on but it covers the UK and there are not as many Irish members.

Not everyone is here to meet; e.g. some are here for phone fun, some simply to chat. Why would they subject themselves to a camera interview for this purpose? What you are looking for is already there....... search for established people. Anyone you are interested in can just as simply verify themselves to you on cam as to a mod.
Personally don't think its needed on this site, the facilities currently in place, if used correctly, are a validation/verification system in their own rights.
The Established tag when used correctly lets people know that these people have been met in public, the Comments tag is a nice note left on profiles by people that have enjoyed their company in some manner, be it just for drinks or they have played with them, or both, the wording should be an indication of how they got on with each other ;)
If a profile interests you, read the Comments that have been left for them, for the sceptics that don't like comments, so be it, in the end the decisions you have to make come down to being personal decisions of choice.
