It may not be that people are not chatting but that the Chat system is not working? I had good chats in there until a few days ago. Now, when I go on it's just a blue screen and people that are there are not showing (apart from myself) and ones that arrive I can communicate with. Very frustrating!
I agree, it is nice to talk to people be it in PM or what, and people should answer politely.... if the technology allows us!
