sorry for delay in reply holiday inns are ok for a mix of price and location yes i'm a cabbie but i'm off now for a few weeks hols yeehaa .....
try to check hotels before you drive up gettin a room can be quite hard at time's to give you any more advise i would need to know more about what you like music crowd etc etc oh and the cabs got blacked out glass so you can drive round in the back middle of the day fuckin your hearts out lol

moody it depends on what sort of pub or club your looking for stayin out at shaws bridge its about a 8 quid taxi fare to the town centre you would be better stayin city center and arranging a hook up if your def lookin something cas bit of a gamble of your weekend hopin on some action at shaws bridge :-)
