Purefilth..... lets clear up the confusion.... i never said/accused you of being hypocritical!!!
what i said if you re-read what i posted was that i was surprised at you to question i-kandi's club rules, after all you when organising your party had your very own rules. which i did not question (even though i may have found them a little odd, even i-kandi does not request a look at the entrants when they come to his club just that they bring the correct documentation ) !!
So just to be very clear on all of this if i-kandy wants the patrons of his club whether it be guys /gals or cpls to walk in the door backwards on their head thats his business!!!
And if you Purefilth want to see someones face pic before they get an invite to your party thats also your business!!

Having been to lots of clubs in the uk and further afield..... i have to say that this policy is pretty standard.... in the uk it has been a photo id such as a driving license or passport, we are currently members of three clubs in the uk.
the reasons are pretty obvious but lets be honest if someone wants to do something silly they are less likely to do so if they are likely to get caught and in all our times at clubs here and abroad i have Never seen any incidents or problems as the clubs with strict entrance rules are usually very strict/and very well run.
As for the single guy to cpl ratio i again understand i-kandi's view as it can become a bit of a hunting ground if the numbers are way off as i have seen in clubs in the uk on a friday night where single guys are allowed entry but say on a sat night only if they are with a cpl....now for some people this may be great if you have a greedy gal etc but its hard to please everybody every night and so easy to criticize ...... not taking sides here as we have met some super single guys!!
Purefilth i am surprised at you questioning the clubs rules/reasons..... it was not that long ago we expressed an interest in going to one of your parties but you requested photo's of the two of us (photo id????). Now we declined as firstly we do not send pics to people i don't know and secondly we would not want to attend a party where entry is gained on looks only as some of the shallowest people we have met have been stunners.... (we were verified and knew lots going personally so it was not because you thought we were fake) anyway we did not go as we did not meet your criteria ie. send pics and it was no problem....that was your rules and it was accepted by us!
Any way i-Kandi i hope you have a great night.... would love to try your club some night....why not run a swing4 night like clubs in uk do for sdc etc.... and like the clubs there first come first served with singles and cpls keeping a nice ratio!!
And when are you fitting a hot tub/swimming pool as we love wet clubs...

Lets put some of "ASSUMPTIONS" to rest.... firstly Ginger we arrived at the venue late as i said and nobody said it was a private party.... we could have been any couple getting out of the taxi outside the door.... there was no checking of anyone entering or leaving( at previous m&g's we have had to verify who we were at the door)
I hope the management did not charge a fee for exclusive use of the pub as this was definitely not the case as mrs. fruity found out to her horror at the bar when she tried to chat up a guy whom she liked.... turned out he had nothing to do with the venue and was there with some vanilla friends.
We did not know a cover charge existed as we did not meet you or any other organisers on the night, but when we heard it at first we thought our friends were taking the pee.... but then we heard it from a few others and we realised then that it must be true.... now i have no problem with paying a cover charge providing i'm getting a service.... ie. some finger food/ soft drinks/entertainment/or an exclusive venue, 10 euro's per person i feel was a little strong considering none of the above were offered.... and i can understand your view on not taking a risk on the food but why then charge a full ten euro.... why not charge a fiver per head if you felt you needed paying for your time and effort in organising the event... as i say it did not affect us personally but we heard quiet a few complain on the night.
I also understand the managers concern regarding some idiot posting on their Facebook website, but knowing that now is probably why the staff looked at us with such disdain.... we are swingers after all, that does not make us tramps.... again at other m&g's the bar staff knew nothing of the fact that it was a swingers do but the doormen did and i found it much better all round.... who's to say the nice barman won't phone the sun with a juicy story and some nice images taken from his cctv!!!!
Finally Ginger i want to point out that i am not finding fault or nagging for no reason.... take it as constructive criticism as that was the word on the ground that night.... We enjoyed our night and made the most of it.... yes it could have been better yes the venue was not ideal yes the staff were idiots....and yes we did not get to meet you, but thank you for your effort in creating the event and i'm sure there is a lot more work involved than most on here will never realise and we look forward to your next event and i hope it grows to be bigger and better as experience is a great teacher!!

All the bar staff were rude and not very happy in their jobs.... and the fact that there was no heineken on offer was a disappointment for mr. fruity.... venue was not ideal.... cover charge.... what was that about.... we got there late ( )and did not realise there was one....but lots of people were complaining at the 20 euro's for a cpl.... and i didn't see any finger food..... did the staff know it was a swinger event.... was that the reason for being so rude.... maybe if they were given a share of the door money they would have cheered up!!! lol
other than that it was a lovely evening catching up with old friends and making some new ones......

Seeing as we always book everything last minute most of the hotels are booked near the m&g and the ones that are not want a kidney... so if anyone out there has booked a room and due to circumstances beyong their control find they have to cancel we would be happy to take the room before they ring the hotel and cancel...
