Bonns here the last meet and greet just brought it home to us that we no longer feel we can stay on the have out grown it WE DO NOT LIKE THE POLITICS ON SITE some people think they have the god given right to put people down and treat them like shit we sat back and watched it in action over the weekend. I like to thank Gerry and Mary for all the effort they have put in over the last was it worth the grief you get no thanks from certain section of the swing screen who attend but just don't not know how to behave. We have met and made friends from here and will still be in touch. Gerry and Mary I wish you luck with the black tie event. WE know it will be a success because you are great at organising these events. SO I like to say good bye to every one who knows us and wish you all good luck on the site we have enjoyed our time on here which is about 6 years we seen how it has changed and some changes have been good others changes not so good. Ok I know I go on cam and that I have shown my face and I do understand that ill be recognised, but it does not give some people the right to come up to me in college when I am with friends and say hi bonny and when I didn't react to them saying hi they went out of there way to embarrass me. My friends do not know I am on site this happened 3 times this week. I am sorry but I did not know who you were on site and I don't want to know as when not on this site I am a nobody, they have made me so uncomfortable now I dread going in I would never go out of my way to get some one,s attention like this. Only speak to me on site as Bonny please. What goes on site stays on site so please if you want to say hi do it when I am on my own and not with friends,use your common sense please. Show respect as I would show to you. My friends asked me what was all that I just passed it off. Look we are all adults on here show respect please. OK we are all adults on this site well at least i thought we were the meet and greet went great last week it was up to everyone to enjoy themselves. from what went on last night in the chat room people offended other people who gave up there night to entertain all who were there. everyone got what they wanted out of i was hurt to see friends who went out of there way and put the night on to be slagged it is not on theses people have been on site a very long time and know lots of people all over Ireland.
I feel there is a power struggle here and that some people feel it is ok to slag off others dubcplmg did a great. dubcplmg please dont mind the begrudge rs i know that my profile says 2008 but been on here since 2004 and have seen people come and go i have seen power struggles between people trying to get themselves known dubcplmg has been on here and is not involved in any sort of power games all on here known them from the chat rooms and also meeting at parties they are the nicest people you could come across. they have helped with parties in myyyyyyyyyyyy home which were fab parties there was no age limits as in been older or size everyone was treated the same that is what swing is about all treated the same ok i better finish as i am so annoyed that people are so childish and don't have the guts to say how they felt on the night but instead just come on site and slag in the chat rooms.

i though in most cases I imagine it is frustration and incomprehensibility that a mod might be so bold as to impose a particular site rule on individuals,possibly due to an assumed 'terms' with the same mod,) and in logical assumptions getting wrists slapped equates to being so called 'black marked'.
**that's where the Impartiality element of being a Mod comes into play, same rules for everyone!

An ideal candidate has to be a professional representative with good customer service and communicational skill-sets, be available daily, and most importantly gel into the current team. Voting systems can be considered a popularity contest which could cause friction. Having said that, it's healthy.

i feel that some had no choice but leave as they have a lot of respect for themselves and the people who they served on this site i just hope the site is able to lose these people because who moderates the moderate i just feel that we as the people who are on the site should be able to have a say on who becomes a mod like a VOTING system as this would be a fair if i offend anyone i don't mean too as i feel so strong about what is happening on the site. we are all meant to be adults on here but some times it feels like a crèche. thank you for letting me voice my opinion

hi vanity i am sadden to see the mods that will go out of their way to help are gone and who put a lot of work in to make sure that the site was fair and that if u need some advice you could ask 2 mods in particular who have been on this site a lot longer then some who have manners and respect for themselves and others on site they were fair .i been on this site for the last 6 to 7 years and have seen people come and go well Admin i hope you knew what your were doing as these mods were loyal to the site.i hope that i will not get a brush off for writing this but with out us peeps and i mean all the people who make up this site you would have no site.i am going to miss these mods as they were easy to chat to and would include u in the chat as some on here exclude others and some times take over the chat in the room i just feel that it is a loss

Great post as usual Mr B, however as a longtime member I'm sure you already know that a lot of people are less than honest on here. Not only with their profiles, but in the way they conduct themselves also.
We have always been upfront and honest with people, sometimes bluntly honest, just a pity everyone else isn't the same. Too many bull$hitters and self-important and self-centred ar$eholes around that couldn't comprehend the meaning of honesty. But at least a lot of them play together which makes it easy to avoid them
