(edited for smelling pistakes) went to a Boyzone concert in Ballinasloe when they were just starting out years ago... Very Young I was - Had the headband, :silly: the t shirt and the works.
However there were soooo many screaming young girls (like meself :haha
I got squished up against about 5 speakers one on top of the other, and they collapsed falling on top of me :sad:
Needless to say, I didn't go to a concert again for about 15 years.
Went to Michael Buble last year too and thought I was being clever getting there early to avoid crowds / traffic / luas sqishing etc... Froze my little ass off in the Aviva for 6 hours. Was numb with the cold leaving :kissmyarse:
So really I have not had many good experiences at concerts.

I think the best thing you guys could do is post this in the let's meet up forums or the Introduce yourselvs forums. Also there are a lot of great Meet and Greets coming up - Swingmeets in Dublin on the 4th June (see the lets meet up forum) and a few other parties posted in there too 
I don't think there are many places in Dublin or otherwise really that you can watch Swinging publicly,but I hope this helps you find what you guys are looking for.
Meet and Greet's are great as there is no pressure to join into anything you are not comfortable with.
