I've tried to organise things like this before but to no avail, would absolutely love to go along to one; how do I get in to this one?

Hey there...
As the people who I've already met off this site will tell you, I'm usually happy to spend a bit of time emailing back and forwards before meeting up. However, tonight I'm seizing the bull by the horns and seeing if there's anybody out there who wants to seize the moment.
Basically (for reasons that I won't bore you with) I find myself with a hotel room to myself for tonight only right in Dublin city centre. So if any openminded woman or couple out there wants to take advantage of this room (and me as part of the bargain obviously lol), well, reply to me here. I'll mail you back, we'll chat, and hopefully the night might work out well for all of us. Nothing ventured nothing gained, right?

Exactly - I've done both. And yes, emailing back and forth before a meet can definitely make it a lot of fun to meet somebody for the first time already knowing a lot about them - but I've also had the experience of placing an ad, having a reply, meeting the couple in question and all of us heading back to my place, all in the space of about 6 hours! They were very keen and I was only too happy to go along with them! Neither is necessarily better, I guess it's just whatever you're in the mood for at the time. Nothing wrong with being spontaneous at all...

That's a bit presumptuous, isn't it? I think a quick look at my profile, as well as some of the threads I've replied to (plus the fact that I mentioned hoping to hear from a couple in this thread), will show you that I'm very much about the swinging lifestyle. And the fact that I've been verified by the people I've already met will back up that I'm not just here looking to "shoot my load". If I just wanted that, I'd quite happily just sit and have a wank. But there are times when it's as much about meeting people, interacting, having fun, times when you'd like to meet somebody who has the same approach to this whole thing. That's pretty much what I posted this thread for.
I kind of thought that would have been assumed since that's what this site is all about. Glad I had a chance to clarify it though - it never occurred to me that the thread could have been misinterpreted that way.

Here we go then, I'm throwing a wee thread up here onto the board. Simple enough, like pretty much everybody here I joined this website to add something to my sex life, but tonight I'm just really PARTICULARLY in the mood. Don't know why, there's no particular reason, nothing happened today to put me in the mood - I just am!
So I thought I'd throw it out there in case there's a woman or a couple reading this, and you know, there just might be somebody who wasn't in the mood but after reading this, they're thinking "Hey, I could go for that"...and you know what, if nobody replies or PMs me, I'm no worse off! So why not chance it? After all, anyone reading this already had to click on the 'meet' board, so hopefully I'm halfway there lol! (Gotta be optimistic, right? ;) )

I do like this idea. Just having other people to email, chat to, even meet up for chat etc is a good idea. It's not something I can really talk to any of my friends about and when I have taken tentative steps to broaching the subject in conversation (not with anything in mind other than to simply talk about it) I tend to find the idea varies from something people don't want to discuss to something they find repulsive and disgusting. End of the subject from my point of view. So yeah, if anything is going on in terms of people who just want to chat about it or whatever, count me in! I'm very PMable...

Hey all...
Wasn't 100% sure where to put this but since I'd be hoping for it to eventually lead to a meet (although doesn't practically everything that happens on this site have that as it's ultimate aim lol - but I digress), this forum seemed like the best one.
Just basically wondering if people on here are interested in daytime meets? I tend to work odd hours and often have days free; on the other hand, one meet that I had set up through here fell through because I wasn't free until midnight on the evening in question.
So that's basically it - is there anybody else on here free during daytimes and interested in a little, shall we say, "diversion"? ;) If so, sure PM me and we'll see what happens!

Well, like Amber said, if you don't ask you won't get, and even though I have this in my profile, it makes sense to put it up here also if it increases my chances of finding what I'm looking for on this site.
Basically I'm hoping to meet up with an open minded woman to form a couple for exploring around us. If she was bicurious or bi, that'd be great, it gives us loads of options. But if not, that's ok too - I'm bi myself so if she just wants to have the fun of two guys paying her LOTS of attention, and perhaps seeing guys play together, well, that's pretty much what I'm on here hoping for too.

Hey everybody...so after lurking on this site for a while (not too long, a couple of weeks) I've decided to take the plunge and throw myself into the swing of it. I'm only a full member for the last 24 hours or so, so I thought that while I was waiting for my pictures to be approved (and while trying to decide if I put up a video) I might as well hop up here onto the message board and say hi and start getting to know a few of the people in the place.
Looks like a great community, I think I'll allow myself the luxury of being optimistic lol.
