This is just too good to be true! But I'm first in line ok, I need the cars washed, including between the spokes, the lawns have to be cut and forked, all the ivy needs to be cut back, the leaves blown to the road and then collected, the windows just need the outside done, the gutters could be cleared, and if you have time would you rake the gravel on the drive.
