Update: I have a venue booked, it is a private function room and very discreet with its own private smoking area, the venue is in Tralee. On the night there will be a €5 per head cover charge to cover food and security and anything left over will be donated to a local charity.
Update: Will be the weekend of Fri & Sat 15 - 16th June with the meet itself on Sat June 16.
