OK thanks everyone for your response, the response has been amazing!! Due to the size of the function room I have to put a limit on numbers. At present I have received well in excess of this number but know too well that people will not be able to go for various reasons. I will be sending out a pm to all who are on the current list next week and will ask everyone to confirm if they can make it or not. Everyone who asked for an invite will not get this pm because im trying for an even split between single guys and gals. On the night there will be a €5 cover charge to cover food and security and anything left over will be donated to a local charity.

Ok folks, the response has been amazing and I currently have a large number of peeps on a waiting list, invites were sent out a few weeks ago and I know too well that a certain number will cancel for various reasons. So for those that have asked for an invite and got none, you are on the waiting list and you may still get an invite closer to the date of the meet. As said venue details will only be sent out to those invited and have confirmed that they will be attending 48 hours before the meet. So counting down the days for a mega meet in the Kingdom :happy::happy::happy::cheers:
