Fundraising meet & greet taking place in Midlands Hotel on 10th November 2012
THE FUNDRAISER IS FOR A LITTLE GIRL WHO NEEDS URGENT OPERATIONS THAT CAN ONLY BE DONE IN THE UK.....

There will also be some spot prizes for raffle on the nite ..
Finger food and entertainment will be provided on the nite lol

and there will be a small cover charge just to cover costs etc...

ok so the venue has been secured , the bag of goodies for the raffle prizes is getting bigger and the list of attendees is getting longer by the day smile

ONLY THING IM MISSING IS AN AUCTIONEER!!! IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT IS OR USED TO BE AN AUCTIONEER ON SITE THAT WOULD LIKE TO OFFER THEY'RE SERVICES wink

:wink: FOR THE AUCTION PART OF THE NITE FEEL FREE TO NOMINATE URESELF lol

OR IF SOME WITH ' THE GIFT OF THE GAB ' RECKONS THEY CAN GIVE IT A GOOD SHOT FEEL FREE TO MAIL ME FOR DETAILS!!!
Details for the nite.....
there will be a charge of €10 per person on the door this is to cover costs of the function room hire, music and finger food. Every penny that is left over from the nite will be handed over to the parents of the little girl. I will be mailing every1 who gave email addys with pics/proof of the exchange of the donation :)
Receipts etc and all details of the cost of the nite we be kept if anyone wants a sconce at them !!
The datails of the venue will be sent out on 26th October to give ppl sufficient time to book accomodation and plan trips etc.....
So keep the names coming folks its guaranteed to be a great nite and a very worthwhile cause :)
