Any other nutcases heading over 4 this at the w/e ??? Give Mrs.H a shout if so coz a bit of cross-training organised in a naughty club near an airport pre-run ... & she knows a few exercises that r guaranteed 2 take care of any stiffnesses post-run ... wink
