Hi All,
We have posted about a night like this before and got very good feedback but couldn't find the right gig to pick but we think we have found one now.
Myself and xxforbidden want to see if we can get a group of like minded swingers together for a dance night out. 2 many djs and felix the house cat are playing in Marley park on the 29th of July. If we get a good response the idea would be to get about 8 people(4 guys/4girls) together, meet up for a few drinks and then head to the gig. If people are up for it we can rent an apartment for afterwards and all head back.
Although the gig is at the end of the July the tickets go on sale this Friday and will probably sell out within a couple of weeks so we want to move on this fast.
Anyone thats interested can post on here or PM myself or xxforbidden. We are hoping there will be plenty of people up for it or who think its a good idea and even if not this gig would be interested in doing it another night if another good act comes to town

Well guys, thumbs up for organising a group to head out together. Unfortunately DJ gigs arent our thing, but if your next meet/night out is to go see a band, then by all means give us a heads up, cos wed really enjoy a gig with a few folks from here

Thanks to all who replied or sent mails. Looks like we have plenty of interest and this will definitely be going ahead. We will start making plans for it by the end of this week so anyone else that might like to come please post here or pm me or xxforbidden.

Thanks to everyone who has already responded. Just updating for anyone else who thinks this might be a night they would enjoy.
Tickets are still on sale at the moment each from ticketmaster - great value for seeing two excellent dance acts.
This night is going to be great with lots of drinking and dancing - if you know how to have fun and let loose this is definitely the night for you
