The event will be held in a private function room and we will have a DJ to entertain us until the wee hours ...There will be finger food provided also. There will be a modest cover charge to cover all costs involved.
This event will be an opportunity to meet friends old and new and a chance also for newer members to get involved in the scene without any pressure.
The establishment do not know its a Swing Event ...so we ask everyone to respect this and to behave as you would on a regular night out ....... How you behave later in the privacy of your room is your business :whistling:

We have given hotel details to a handful of members in order for the hotel to be reassured that this event is going ahead. We must like all Meet and Greets hold back details until closer to the time in order to protect the identity of the attendees and also so the hotel is not tipped off about the type of event being held. We have blocked booked 100 rooms so there will be no issue with accommodation.. :swingingchair::swingingchair: It is certainly looking like it will be a good night ..
