I don't think the time waster are restricted to the midlands, its all over, but its par for the course... it's a pain when you go to a lot of bother, especially for the ladies taking time to dress to impress or people that have to arrange child minding. There are lots of reasons why a meet has to be cancelled but a text to say its off would be nice. But that said there are lots of lovely genuine people on here.
