We were told that the forest park is locked up every night at around 6:-?.
Is this true:-? and if so going there would be a waste of time and since your from Fermanagh and not local to the area I wonder if you could check this out:-? so as not to be wasting peoples time as there are enough here doing that already:mad::mad::mad:

Dandans, Are we right about the forest park main entrance being closed up at night? If so could you please explain how we get to the west entrance and is there a private area there to park up and have a little fun?

aska ya ur right curraghchase is closed at 6 2 many young people parking up their nd doing drugs but i think their is still places where u can pull in like da camp for da boy scouts just a bet away from da park but dont quote me on dat ha

I think Curraghchase West is off the Kilcoran to Rathkeale road.
From Kilcornan - past the entrance to Curraghchase and continue towards Askeaton, take a left for Adare & Rathekeale at Kileen. Up this road past the garden centre, there's a X roads, with a walled entrace to Curraghchase to your left off the X roads.
I think this might be the place being referred to.

Not that I know of, if you take a trip out that way in daylight then you might spot a place but I think it's fairly open to passing traffic. There is a back gate to the caravan park from around here and there is a back entrance to the house but both are just gate ways, no real parking areas.
