Cork is basking in sunshine today - after being almost washed away yesterday - only a couple of problems left for the Firefighters to sort out in the city.
Warnings say tomorrow is going to be another washout with the possibility that our water supply has to be cut off for a few days!!! So make sure you have your sandbags filled, the buckets of water ready to flush your loo and plenty of toilet tissue for mop-up jobs!

Couldn't get to You Anna.....The flow of the water was so strong,,,,and,,it was heading the wrong way..ffs.....pmsl..
Yup,,it's bad in parts here alright. The Northside of the city have it worse.
We're on the SouthSide, towards the airport,so,not so bad where We are...At least We still have running water for now.
Could be up to 2 weeks before some people get running water back..
I had to drive from Galway to Belfast today, which I wasn't looking forward to. Cold, very wet and blowing a gale most of the way, so not the best of driving conditions. Saw lots of flooding on the way up, hope anyone else that had a long drive today got to their destination safely
