there is an Acceptable Usage Policy laid down by the site creators, one of these was the posting of personal contact details, phone numbers, venues, web addresses were not permitted.
In the past users have posted their details on other sites and in some cases these same users went on to complain to the site administrators because they were getting mail from people they did not want to be associated with, some also appeared to get text messages or phone calls from total strangers and again they complained about being harassed as a result.
As for web addresses in most cases the site administrators have asked that if others wish to post web addresses, or personal details that they do so privately to get away from unwanted attention that may be gained by posting these days openly, be it in the forums or in open chat.
Hopefully that may clear up some questions that were asked.
