The cravings I have for a smoke, but I wont give in. Ive decided I'll not smoke anymore, just have to get through the next 3/4 days and I will be grand. This cold turkey is really bad, but mind over matter and all will be good.

Chewing gum is supposed to help abit,its supposed to increase breathing and act like the inhale exhale effect of smoking but i dunno i dont smoke but it helped a few mates out of there habit but now they're chewing all the time so i dunno which act is more annoying the chewing or the smoking smile

Thanks for the support Miss P passionkiss Wisps youre so right I gave up before and the gum helped a lot. No need for patches or pills from the doc, and deffo no need for some weird whacko to try brainwash you out of smoking. Cold turkey & strong mental will and determination is what I need. Anyone got some to loan me? lol

Jehovahs Witnesses at my door. Yes, they are even trying to recruit way up here in the hills. Well I think they were Jehovahs anyway, they were some religious freaks. Dressed in sharp suits, and heres me with bed hair, trackies & tshirt and in need of a shave lol They asked if I had found Jesus, I said no, but they should feel free to look in my shed as he may be hiding in there.
