Hey guys, on friday night i met up with a single fem that i met on this site, we were talking for ages before hand and we got on like a house on fire, so i headed up there about 8ish with a few drinks, we had great craic with each other and got down to business, no complaints, now i know you are probably thinking how could this be "the worst meet ever"?
Well at about 12 i was feeling a bit hungry and asked herself if she wanted some takeaway and she went all red in the face and said no, and i thought to myself she didnt have any money so i said i'd pay for it, so i asked again and got a NO from her so i didnt order anything(i wasnt gonna sit there like a slob eating a curry on me tod)
So i got into a taxi at 2 and thought to myself what a great night, until i went to pay the taxi man, i unzipped the inner pocket of my jacket to find out that i had no money in my wallet, not a sausage!!!!! I know for sure i had 90 euro in my wallet because when i got out of the taxi earlier on that night i had two 50's, it was a tenner for the taxi so i had 90 change, now i know people are going to say i must of dropped the money somewhere between getting out of the taxi and walking into herself's house but i wasnt drunk, sure i didnt even have a quick one before i went over, so when i got home i rang her to ask did she see 90 euro lying around her house but never got an answer, then sent two texts but got no reply, so i think i was robbed, theres no other explaination, my granda's from cavan so i know how to look after my money lol, but on a serious note i dont ever think that would ever happen at a meet but it goes to show u just never know!!!!!

Terrible if that did happen, but look at the flip side. What if, and it's possible, somehow you did lose the money yourself, you just ruined any chance you could of had of meeting up with a girl you had a great time with. Personally i don't believe in pointing fingers without solid proof/facts.

But I would imagine she has his voicemails read n texts r delivered 2 her by now. If that was the case, n she was innocent I'm quite sure she'd offer him her help, but she suspiciously didn't respond at all. Very fishy doncha tink lol

:clap: Jay Im disgusted this has happened to you ,having spoke to you numerous times and met you socially I firmly believe what you say and as titan has said I would recommend reporting it to the police .
However despite my personal opinion the girls name cannot be put in here , as this incident happened off site , mods/admin have no proof , and this is a case of he said , she said , we have had an incident similar to this before and admin has said if there is a prosecution or proof of blame from the police then they can become involved through the site , but unless we have this she cannot be named in public forums or in main chat as it only opens the door to unfounded allegations from others

As Bi Said, This Happened off site and there is very little the site can do for you, but the thread is appreciated as it reminds people that to be extra cuatious when meeting people, and as Mrhdc said this could well be a misunderstanding and the person is innocent, naming and shaming may lead to a witch hunt and nasty accusations that me be unfounded.
Though I have to say her reluctance to clear her name would suggest guilt.
Unfortounately this will have to be a lesson learned, You should as I said earlier follow this up with the police.
