why do guys write on their profiles that their sexuality is 'straight' yet they are looking for bi couples or males..?..weird...dunno
well thanks everyone for your opinions on the above....as for us, well some of our best meets have been with bi males.. so far anyway :spit: way we see it, there are so many swing sites available full of all kinds of people..so if your honest on your profile about what turns you on, which can change (& can anyone who swings seriously really care if a guy is gay, bi, straight..whatever..??!!) We would never arrange to meet a soft swap couple, and only profile ourselves as full swap, but we have had s/s only couples mail us to meet.
Soft swap doesnt do it for us at all...:bs:...for us, if we want some s/s sex, we just stick on a good porn..:moon: but we do respect that everyone is different & we're certain that lots of peeps have looked at and read our profile & moved right on... lol
The majority of females in a couple profile
are profiled as BI..which seems to be
almost expected...?
Quite alot of males in a couple profile
are profiled as STRAIGHT, with quite a
few looking for Bi couples....
We're gonna try everything while we are
swinging and are having the horniest time of
our lives..I LOVE watching men together..
& they do know how to give a good b/j...
These are what you call idiots !
is it possible for a guy to consider himself straight, yet have a desire for same sex relations....?
Maybe they are straight males seeking their first bi-sexual experience and until they experience it they will continue to class themselves as straight. There are single members here who are actually married and vice versa. Protool you are a tad harsh and showing your own true colours with the name calling.
Sarium I just found this which may answer your question as the same question was asked within the bisexual forum, check out the link below. http://www.swing4ireland.com/9POlPQo3luOsJJEA
Ella im just sick of guys whispering or mailing me constantly when it says clearly n my profile that im not interested in guys whatsoever
protool they are just checking cause they think ure hot... you do cam alot and i'm sure they watch you and would love to meet you.. so you can't blame them really... just my tuppence worth
If they would take a second to read my profile they wud know not to, I personally read all profiles before saying hello or whispering or anything, If it says there not into single males, then I dont contact them simple, Guess sum people will never learn lol
Ah the amount of guys that send me friend requests.. Whisper me in chat and send me winks is mental.. So most don't read profiles so don't get stressed
To the OP....I dont know if you've noticed or not but this is good old catholic Ireland and unfortounately for some its still a subject and they don't want it being known to everyone.
Lol really at half six in d morning T pmsl :giggle:
Thanks for calling me an idiot Protool, I was wondering what was up with me... The Bi/Curious/Straight label is a nightmare. When we put up our profile we had ourselves down as straight, then that lovely girl from Cork said she never meets straight guys cos they're kinda stuck-up. That didn't sound like me so I changed to bicurious... then several couples said they only meet straight guys, yeah they prob were scared and we never met them anyway but... you can't win. I reckon I'm straight cos when I walk down a street my eyes go like magnets to anything resembling a female form... but I've no problem with intimate male proximity in a group situation and find some male bodies visually attractive... bicurious? really, can anyone into swinging be called straight?
Post of the thread Charlie.. your spot on. wink
Thanks Onix, I'll just expand on my last question; Really can anyone involved in swinging be called "straight", and why should we define ourselves by the limited imagination of the person who designed the website with only Straight/Bi-curious/Bi as options..??? Another, very classy but now defunct, website had Blank and By Feeling as options... pretty cool, Bi-Feeling, lol.

Don't you think that is one of the main reasons a meet will not go well...wrong profile info...?...
For genuinely bi peeps, it is very off putting to meet up with man/woman/couple who claim to be bi, and discovering, that they have no GENUINE sexual interest in you on the night, nothing to kill a mood faster....plus if you are insecure at all, you will prob come away way thinking that maybe,, the same sex person who claims they are bi, just doesn't find you attractive...
when we started swinging first my man was straight on our profile, but after a while, after taking things a bit further and experimenting, he is bi curious...obviously straight in our everyday lives, but definitely bi when we swing...(he doesnt go around fancying men, but loves sucking cock when we are having fun...as soon as we realised this we updated our profile, because we have discovered that we enjoy a meet alot more if the male is bi curious too, we just find the whole thing hornier and a huge turn on... wink
Anyone with us on this onerolleyes.?..
We do, consequently get quite alot of mail now from bi males, but hey..Sari (me) usually answers the majority of the mail...and its just as (for me alot more)horny flirting with a guy on a swing site who is sexually attracted to both of us...and looking forward to having fun with BOTH of us....makes for a very horny night...mmm...
I just think...say it how it is on your profile, then everyone knows where they stand on the night...

But its not known to everyone...none of our 'non swinging friends' will ever find out that my man likes to suck cock, or that I find it such a big turn on..but I def dont think bi sexuality on ANY swing site is or should ever be ...STRAIGHT SWINGING is in normal everyday good ole catholic Ireland, doesn't stop ALOT of people (who dont want it known to everyone joining, which is why these sites exist.
Being gay or bi, I think is more widely accepted in everyday life, than swinging....?
So sorry Titan..gotta disagree with you there....

Absolutely...you just gotta give into that likkle inner voice inside you...telling you that you'd love it if you tried it...having sexy fun with same sex peep doesnt make you gay...(gay is cool too by the way)just adventurous..and a slave to your desires...everyone should be a slave to their desires, even just if its once in a while...its such fun... lol ..

Thanks Ella, re-enforces 'honesty on your profile policy' to us, then you truly meet peeps suitable to your own sexuality and desires...only way for a successful and horny night... lol

See...protool completely gets it!!
stick to what your comfy with...always read someones profile...and then just hope that they are being honest about what sort of fun they're looking for...
Some couples like Bi men, most dont, thats life, sure alot of couples don't even want to meet single guys, but thats also life. Its hard to put a label on people and yourself. Some like to give plesure but not receive it, some like to receive it, some like to do both. In the heat of the moment some can relax and go with the flow and other are terrified about close contact from another man. Its all part of the long journey and experience that most of us are travelling along. I am comfortable in my own skin and happy in my own head so i list myself as bi. Alot of other guys have not reached that point yet and maybe they will and maybe they wont, but having a label shouldn't stop anyone from meeting up, spending some time together socially and seeing what common interest that you may have. While i am bi and i meet couples i am never going to do anything with a guy thats straight and has no interest in me, then it usually becomes about giving the female pleasure, It's all supposed to be fun and an enjoyable experience and life usually a whole lot better with a smile on your face. Yes..definately...which is fine..each to their own, but dont change who you are just to fit into what other peeps are looking for...in my experience you'll never have the horniest time unless your with peeps who are all swinging from the same desires

But surely the easiest way to try and ensure a good meet is to meet up with peeps who like the same things sexually...gotta be some kind of profile match there surely, no point just meeting someone cause they look pretty, pretty is no good if there is no sexual tension or attraction or the flirting or anything else which is required for a good meet...ALWAYS read profiles BEFORE looking at the pics...

There should be more emphasis on male pleasure in my opinion, how come theres no big deal about a fem being bi...if anything it seem to be a requirement on profiles, and indeed eyebrows are more likely lifted if the fem is straight,so, is this because
women are more comfortable with their sexuality, or is it because they think they will attract more attention...? I do think there are more women who are actually NOT bi and state they are...than men who ARE bi and state they are not...

or are they just scared of isolating other peeps from contacting them..?..which is daft, cause these peeps are obviously not a good match for a successful and genuinely horny meet
anyway...
Hey yeah..... really agree with where you're coming from Sarium, we never change to suit others but we do change the profile to try and get the right pitch on the advertising.... mainly cos no-one contacts us, lol, so we keep trying new angles. We've always been amazed how it's de rigueur for girls to be bi on these sites but there's a funny attitude to bi males... like the way a lot of the sex is pretty vanilla-ish too and loads of people panic at the thought of anything a bit kinky. Following your advice to read profiles we thought you sound great fun and dashed over to read your profile but alas there's nothing written on it....
I'm straight, but i'd like to kiss a girl so does dat make me bi?
