[b:57e4f94c11]Submission[/b:57e4f94c11] by Marthe Blau
A story of sexual obsession, domination and extreme desire, Submission tells of a young married Parisian lawyer swept up in a cycle of sado-masochistic lust. A handsome stranger she meets in the courts issues her with a series of instructions which she finds herself compelled to follow. As the violence of their encounters escalates, these acts will become a dangerous addiction that she cant break. But how far can she go and how much of her life will she risk in the process??
Based on the author's own story, Submission sent shockwaves through the French establishment.
Me thinks this thread will be one for the ladies.....
Most guys will wait for the DVD / Blueray to come out, rather than read the book.
Suppose that's what makes men and women very different ....
I have read the Story of O but that was a long long time ago, but i look forward to seeing some of the suggestions.
I might have to take up reading before i go to sleep again ....

Forget 50 Shades > Servants of the Cane - Lisette Ashton
I'm thinking of getting my hands on book 1 of the 50 shades series.
My question is, would it be a good read for a man or is its audience intended to be female

Just downloaded and read Can you keep a secret? by Katie Collins. It's only available as an eBook as far as im aware and is a true life story or account of one woman journey into the swinging world. I cant' really say that this book got my pulse racing but it was interesting and a little disturbing at times. Good to see our world from another persons perspective

Well for what its worth I tried the famous 50 shades and found it to be as dull as dish water.
Badly written with a crap story line.
Perhaps if I was coming from the Vanilla world were sex was unimportant I would have been interested, shocked and intrigued. But I suspect for us lot its a pity of a non runner.
Anybody agree or disaagree?
Girls....
