Privacy issues addressed to admin.

A locked room with two consenting adults would not need admin as overseer surely? Even if one was in a locked and private room and anything was said in which one became uncomfortable one can always leave. My concern here is that when one creates a password-locked room then that room is not as locked as it appears to be if it is the case that admin can enter.
Can you please tell me in this instance who exactly is admin? Can admin if they so wish overview a locked room without the participants of said room being aware of admin's presence? Or is it the case that admin will only access a private communication on the express invitation of one or more of the participants?

Now, chat logs, everything is recorded, we don't read them unless we have to, there's far more important things to be getting on with, but they are necessary, say a private room was opened and it turned out that one of the members was offering sex for money, pushing another website, doing something illegal or even being abusive?
A complaint or report would most likely come our way and we would review the logs prior to taking action.
One thing you need to accept, is that whilst your privacy is important, the rules of the site need to be followed even in private rooms.

Thank you admin for answering my questions and for making clear to me what was unclear.
Your reply is reasonable and logical and indeed re-assuring.
It is refreshing to know I can make an enquiry and find it is dealt with in a professional manner without un-necessary smart coments being added.
Unfortunately, prior to this I have experienced 'smart-alec and sarcastic' comments when in my innocence I addressed my concerns to the wrong person.
I am now reassured that by directing any reasonable queries directly to admin they will be dealt with in a proper and dignified manner. Thank you once again.
Anyone reading this thread will not need to work the little grey cells to any great extent in order to work out the source of the unhelpful sarcastic comments to which I refer.
