When you have the pictures you wish to put up on your profile, click on "Your Gallery" under the "your account" section on the left.
There will be a link that say "Click here to upload profile pictures" it will be in bold. Click that and follow on screen instructions smile.

Hmmm we've tried that but no luck either. Yes our pics are configured to the jpeg so can't understand why we couldn't upload. Is this a site bug??

Open these Images in MS Paint and resave as JPG format, then upload. This should work. Seems to be an issue with the meta information for different graphic editors.

i think its been pretty much answered but usually on most sites its simply the pic size is too big. if you have any program to resize this, e.g. photoshop being best example, change the resolution to 72. it might appear small on the program screen but once saved as a JPEG which trannyman mentioned, they should upload to the average size of photo's online
