** Removed ** , I thought it would be a good idea, and a help to the serious people who use this site. To have somewhere to post the names of users who mess and do not turn up! It costs time & money in hotels as well as pure frustration. If these people want to challange their names being posted, then let them contact the people they have messed about directly!

Ok i`m confused here, who is bitter and old?
And one more question why will admin not allow a name and shame thread? ok we understand that it could be abused but it may help weed out the messers so ppl who do want to meet know who to avoid therefore, causing less finical loss in some cases and a lot less stress.
We have had a lot of meets but have been messed around a lot too, thats why despite our good meets we are taking a break for a while.
Messers will make more people leave this site so maybe admin need to come up with a way of dealing with the situation so the ppl who are geniune can have the fun they came here for.
while it is regretfull that folk dont turn up for scheduled meets , a name and shame thread will never be allowed here , swing4ireland is an INTERACTIVE messaging site ...plain and simple , issues of abuse in the chatrooms or on the forums , profiles that are at best untruthfull etc , these are things which the site will deal with , ANYTHING that happens off site ...including no shows is not and never will be the responsibility of this site , folks have the right to their privacy , and while its very frustrating for everyone , the no shows , membership of this site , is to facilitate like minded folk in interacting with each other plain and simple . Any meets undertaken are the responsibility of the individuals concerned .
We do agree avalon, and we do think a name and shame would be abused and used by some in a nasty way,it`s just a pity the code of morals so to speak of swinging is not used by all, ok it`s a swing site and it`s really just about meeting to shag but we cant forget that ppl have feelings and if they keep having let downs they may start to think there is something wrong with them as we have, thankfully though we have met some very nice ppl here and that is why we are still here, not to meet but to chat for the time been.
i can sympathise with what you are saying ravenfire , and like most things , eventually the no shows will find folk less and less interested in their games , we are all here for the same reasons , to meet likeminded folk and have fun , sadly , not everyone is as genuine as yourselves , dont let it put you off .
I accidentley forget to whisper the names of the messers when im in a room (oops), its even better when they are accidently there also, you would be amazed at the speed they leave....note to self, check whispering first,hmmm maybe
