Just heard that 'News corp' is scrapping the 'News of the world' after this weekends edition. A lot won't be sorry to see the back of this waste of wood.
As many will know in the 'lifestyle' its been the bane of many innocent fun loving folks and has tried to cause suspicion and unrest on the scene in the past.

Ha ha that sap Paul Williams thought he was great leaving the SW rag to go to the NOTW rag. Now it looks like he will be unemployed. Im so so happy I cant stand that idiot who is to the Gardai what Goebels was to the nazi's - a propoganda merchant.
At least some other "Crime Reporters" get their stories from the streets and are so unlike Williams who made his name on the back of a lady journalist who was murdered 15 years ago last month.
Lets hope the SW breaks some privacy laws soon and has its media licence revoked.
The right move for the wrong reasons perhaps as I think it comes down to commerical reasons rather than an attempt to make amends for any wrongdoing, i've heard that there are rumors that they will have the Sun now as a 7 day newspaper as a replacement for the News Of The World and this move has been in the works for a long time even before the phone hacking scandal. If that happens for many people it will be just the News Of The World with another name.
