Nudist Beach

No doubt this has been asked before and probably on numerous occasions but is there any decent nudist beaches in Ireland on the off chance a day does come along where it might be warm enough to take off your coat. The idea of heading off to one on a nice hot summers day certainly interests us.

is it ever warm enough in Ireland ... was Nun's beach in Kerry not designated as a Nudist beach ... and of course you can swim in the 40foot with no clothes on...

I have been told there is one south of Brittas Bay, innocent

but of course I would never frequent such places myself. I do know of a few out foreign where your bits would'nt be shrivvelled-up from the cold:giggle:

To answer the OP - there are no officially designated 'nudist beaches' in Ireland. There are places where by 'virtue' of the location you might enjoy some freedom, but if the law saw you, you'd be marched into the pen PDQ!

Ye there's some lovely spots around the coast in the more secluded areas, these wee gems are hard to find though but worth it, as they could go for days without human footprints.
