Will probably do what I have done for the last 14 years. Work and ring in the New Year with Mum. However, if someone else has a better suggestion to work, I am free and available..... drinkies

I dislike New years Eve... years & years of never been able to get a sitter, then when you do go out the restraunts/pubs rip you off & want you out the door before midnight. In recent years I have spent time with family & friends having finger food, chat & drinks ... last year the house was full of teenagers ... music, laughter, food, karrokee ...it was the best New year Eve yet.

Off to my sisters for a house party. Always a big crowd, plenty of food and drink, and bring in the new year surrounded by friends and family, can't beat it.

Well have to say I kind of miss polish new years eve. Wherever you are on a private party on a ball or simply at home as the time aproches you have to grab your shampagne and go out. Everybody meets on the street. Snow cold as hell but you don't mind everybody sign and dance on the street and at midnight shampagne goes off and you wish happy new year to everybody around. Fireworks,alcohol and dancing for another half an hour or so and when you get cold in the end you come back to your party. Next day media will talk about fingers lost with exploding fireworks one or two people too drunk to come back home will fall asleep and die in the snow .... But still you woudnt change it for the world. Yes will miss all of that crazy stuff :-)
