Personally, I think all the mods on here are doing a great job. It always rubs me the wrong way any time i see a mod getting abuse.
If they were all gone for just one day, the whole place would fall arse over elbow. Other sites can be very unpleasant due to lack of moderation.
Excellent post Van hun. While it's true you are volunteers Ava, that isn't really a reason why there could not be a core rota....pretty much all places in the real world who use volunteers use the rota system, and by doing so you would ensure yourselves some "downtime". Now I know that everyone has commitments away from here, and these commitments can vary from day to day and week to week, but perhaps if this was in place then the mods might a) get themselves some peace when they aren't on duty, and b) get a little more respect from those on here who seem to take pleasure in flaunting the rules. There are certainly some of you who seem to be on here at the same times during the day, or the same days in the week....surely it would make sense to take advantage of that to try and ensure coverage at least when the site seems to be at its busiest? Perhaps Admin might consider increasing the number of mods in order to make this possible? It doesn't take much to work these things out, and I'm certain that the site would be better for it. I have seen how much doing the job can interfere with the social aspect of chat for you guys, and really think it would be in your best interests to seriously consider putting this into place - for your own benefit if not for that of those who need your services. Keep up the good work guys.

i think that every mod should be entitled to their own time here :clap: after all their swingers too:lick: i know one mod really gets hounded never has much time for herself and ive great time for her:rose:,when their star is a different colour means there not on duty but they still have to be on the alert :bounce: maybe peeps should be aware why the stars are different colours :small-print: after all some people brains are in their pants 
nice post vanity ....unfortunately , because moderators are volunteers ...we do not have a rota ..we moderate when we can .. however , some people presume we are available at all times to assist and whilst we endevour to keep the site running smoothly for everyone ...its not always possible to enjoy our own conversations ..as was pointed out ... we are here for fun too. ::bolt:
