well at the risk of being contentious i think the whole thing is a crock...something foisted on (some) men by the "sex and the city" generation of women. I make no bones about the fact that I'm (mostly) unreconstructed, and while i do believe in equal opps and equal rights for all, i'm also a firm believer that men and women are different, and if they don't act differently then how the fuck do you tell them apart in a dark room (without the old crocodile dundee technique of a hand on the groin to check lol)? I wouldn't be surprised if someone tried to hang me out to dry on this, but they would be confusing me with someone who gave a flying fuck. bolt

so I am not a metrosexual as they are really a media manisfestation ... dont know if i am a new man ...although I did change the nappies, but still manage to leave the toilet seat up .... so perhaps I am just me ... with a genuine appreciation of women as friends & lovers ... perhaps being the father of girls has managed to help me be more in turn with the femine world and realise we no longer live in a male centric world ... but that in 21st century we really are all equal in work & love.

Metrosexual, man bags ffs whats the world coming too. I'm with Tbags on this one, equality of opportunity is what we we want. I expect men to be gentlemen, but not women. I mean yes basic hygiene is essential and I'm not a fan of BO but seriously a gentle masculine man is far better than some pampered pooch who steals your moisturizer! I know one or two of these metrosexuals such a bigger bunch of winy, prissy, afraid of spiders excuses for men you will never meet. They are not gay just self obessed gits.
