I have met blind a couple of times in the sense that the photos I saw of said people were utter and complete :bs: it was not them at all.
Therefore I did meet for coffee, etc, but no more.
I would not meet blind simply due to the fact that I have no time. I had much more last year :thrilled: and the anticipation may be fun to an extent, but my priorities have changed and I prefer to meet people who a) I have seen a photo or webcam of and b) I have chatted and built some kind of rapport online.
There was someone on here who kept insisting that I went to my local Starbucks and sat there on a Wednesday from 10am to and he would walk in with his red diary and making phone calls - I could then decide if I was attracted to him and approach him or if I wasn't just do nothing. He kept going on and on about the privacy/discretion issue and that he couldn't provide a photo/webcam image due to this. If I had the time and the inclination it may have been fun, but er... no.

Yes have met blind once, no pic, and he had none of me either, turned out to be a fantastic meet and two years later still great friends, so it can work sometimes..
I have had a blind meet once and a mmf at that. But both of them were known to someone i knew so i knew they would be decent guys.
I have to say it was the best meet ever, two really good looking and mannerly men turning up at my door.
I met both of them separately after that.
What I will say is that I would NEVER meet anyone blind that wasnt established and I couldnt verify with someone what they were ok.
It totally depends on our mood to be honest, but we do need to at least see pics or a webcam as there has to be some attraction there. this is something we have learned and try to stick to it.
I have met a couple of couples blind in the past, with different levels of success.
Would i do it now.... Prob not, but have had several blind coffee sessions, and would have no issues with doing that again.
Different strokes for different folks i suppose..
I dont get the people who send pics thats not them.... whats that about ....lol

I was watching TV last night and wondered if I had such an urge to meet someone and I rolled up and they were in a Full Hijab/Veilled attire and could only see the eyes what would I do..... Be seriously turned on I think if i liked them to be honest the whole anticipation, possibly horror :scared:

There is a restaurant in Koln totally run and cheffed by blind people. The staff are all blind and the restaurant is pitch black so the customers can't see a thing. They are led to their tables and sat down and fed and everything and the gas thing is, they "could" put you at a wrong table and so you end up talking with complete strangers..... a very eye-opening experience and wonderful too
