Alas, I only got to make a flying visit on Saturday evening, I only got to meet a few: Alan, Marjim, Cutie and Marie, it was a pleasure meeting you all. Looking at the posts I missed a fab weekend, not to mention a few people I would have loved to meet.

… you are an organisational genius … & played a blinder 
…. it is a tribute too you skills as a hostess that a great crowd turned up, most for both nights, ...when word spreads you may need a bigger venue for your next planned Marie’s Meet .
As for the venue…what a fantastic venue, bar, accommodation (very large beds, room for 3 or ), jacuzzi, steam(y)room & swimming pool …you have set the bar high for future “Meet & Greetsâ€
… it was a beautiful secluded countryside venue, so secret that it wasn’t listed on the SATNAV … and due to the weather it was like Tir na N’og shrouded in mist … a mist like something out of a horror movie but there were some hardy fools among us that had intended Swinging their clubs & whacking some balls round the teletubby land greens but in the end they had to revert to indoor swinging & ball whacking….:thrilled:
If there was to be any complain it is that there was no Horlicks on drought for the older attendees and Nurse did not do a quick run round with the multi-vitimins … :evil2:
all in all a great Meet & Greet … a great mixed group of fun people , ages & sizes, dancing till breakfast at a disco with music to suit all tastes … and the breakfast was good also ...:2fingers:
