Youth: When we say "youth", we refer more to the youthful spirit of younger guys than their youth in years. Older men can be jaded, bitter, tired, settled. On a personal note and from experience I definitely wouldn't agree with all points in fact I find older men quite the opposit.
Experience and a general wider outlook on life you'll find "older" men will always outrun "younger" men.
Each to their own preferences, variety being the spice of life I would still choose a man older and wiser in years then someone wet between the ears.
