How to retrieve old mails/messages??

Can i ask how do I retrieve old mails that were sent to me. I was away from the site for a while,and when I logged back in,my mails were all gone. So how can I view my mails and messages,as they have various peoples contact details on them. Thanks.

You cant retreive them. There is now a 30 day period of life for mails that have been opened. The only way to avoid instances like this in future is to save the mails that you want to keep as all unsaved opened emails will be deleted by Admin in order to keep the site speedy & on form. Hope this helps in some way.

Well maybe there is one option
