Well folks, just a note to say that, after careful consideration, we have decided to give up swinging and leave the site. It's been in varying measures fun, exciting, frustrating, annoying, and in general a blast. We have met some lovely folks here ( most honourable mentions to tussey, nibbles, jorge & rose, and slightlysexy ), and some not so lovely ones who will remain nameless.

yeah much saddened by the news that sndy and jax are leaving us. although they havent been with us for very long, they fitted in well and we all shared lots of fun with them..........almost as if they had been with us for much longer. dora made a very valid suggestion about keeping your account open to see how things pan out.

I was about to open a fun thread along the lines that actionmanbarbie had been doing, when something told me that I hadn't seen many posts from actionmanbarbie for a few days. I then noticed that a number of those threads had been reset from naming the member who had opened them to "unknown". I then metaphorically-speaking dashed into the first "goodbye" threads I could find, which led to me finding the post in this thread. (I should add that I've been away and had no online access for 4-5 days.)
Actionmanbarbie, if you still read the forum threads here, please let me say how very, very sorry I was to read of your departure. Although we may have only exchanged a few comments indirectly on forum threads here and there, you had a great presence on the site and I will miss you very much indeed. People have their reasons for leaving and deserve the privacy to do so when and as they will, so I won't be asking around, etc, to see what the background story was. I simply wish thank you for the fun and helpful discussion you shared here, and wish you all the best for the future.
