It is something i noticed too and i find it more than shocking. Ok it may be something that ppl like to do but to advertise it!
To each their own but ppl need to stop and think that while they may not think at the time they are risking their health because they know they are clean it does not meant that the other person is or that the last person they slept with may not have been clean either.
it is of course possible the pictures are taken with their regular partner as opposed to their swing partner, many of the profiles seem to be of un-established members or members with no comments on their profile, so one would assume they may not yet have met anyone.

Buxy.....alas I am not surprised. As you know I have posted threads on STI testing and again was utterly shocked by the amount of people who have never been checked and also by those who only get checked out if they are worried about something.

All that ran through my mind then was...'I know what you were at last weekend and the weekend before....I know who you've met....'
I havent met them since nor do I intend to. And this was an established, well respected member from here.

Not surprised by this as we have known some ppl from here like that too.
Wow buxy after reading your post i had to take a look for myself :S and wow i am so surprised...well not that surprised at the amount of single men that ask me to go bareback.. 
why in this day and age. And when i look at these private galleries i don't take much heed but by god this will be one thing i will keep and eye out for from now on :eeek: like baileys definately be off my to do listguys ffs cover up....one day u'll catch something and it will fall off :taz:

All true alan, but all assumptions also, the fact their not established means nothing, as I am sure most singles pull play mates from other sources besides here, the only fact I see displayed is their portraying themselves as single practicing unsafe sex.
Raven and Mona, this doesn’t surprise me one bit either, I could name way more then a handful of regulars on here that I know for a fact have not always practiced safe sex, and play with others who haven’t either, you just need to look at pic’s to see it.

Its food for thought eh worship, its something that has been on my mind for a long time, hell I have even see single cammers going bareback on here. Very compelling point Buxy. To flip the coin, there is no guarantee that if someone is using a condom in a photo they would be inclined to use one regularly. Trust is very important in this world we call Swing. Sometimes it's all we have to go on. Integrity is what is needed. Take care of yourselves people. Take care of others as if it were yourself. Could mean a difference between life or death.
Also a very valid point epony, but on first impression, I'd initially be inclined to be receptive towards a person showing pic's with them using a condom rather then using none at all, as they say first impressions an all that.

You may jump to that conclusion but it doesn't mean that is the case, if someone is established / un-established on here it means absolutely nothing at all.

The only reason I have to use condoms lately is to save having a mess to clean up! :lol2:
On the serious side, if the photos are obviously taken with different partners then I would find it a reason for concern. It is possible that the people in the photos are married or long term partners. Just cos some people put single on their profile that doesn't neccessarily mean that they are.
Buxy.....since you posted this thread I must admit to being so much more vigilent when looking at the galleries!
I have to say when its a couple profile i tend to possibly think..so its their partner...unless of sort they have group pictures..then....its..oh...right....not so careful after all.
When it comes to the singles guys and indeed the single girls.....please please plese show that you are careful.
Its a sure fire way to limit your chances of a meet.
May i also say that if a guy or girl has pictures up of playing without protection....or indeed has written a story they have down as fact......and they make reference to playing bareback.....
then personally....I will look at that persons profile and see who they have meet...and I won;t meet anyone they have met.
Even if the person claims to have met and used protection...if its known that the other person will go bareback.....then, I am sorry but you are now off limits by default.
I will say that is my own personal choice.....but it is also something I have had conversations with friends on here about.
So guys....and girls.....suit up and play safe!
Correct me if I'm wrong tippbi, but are you saying if you see pic's showing the single member participating in bareback sex that you might possible assume that if its the same ppl in the pic that they are in a long term relationship or partnership and therefore dont consider them to be practicing unsafe sex?...personally I wouldnt give that member that much leeway as far as assumption is concerned. I will take it as a given if they set their status as single, thats how they want other members to perceive them to be (even if oustide of the site their actually not)so who is to say either way that their practicing safe sex or not, as I said earlier, first impressions etc etc, and this is about all singles, both male and female btw, in case you think I'm having a go at the men :giggle:

Mona I would be on the same page as you there,I do exactly the same, and whilst it may drop the number of ppl I may have an opportunity to play with, I'd much rather be safe then sorry!!

Not exactly what I was trying to say Buxy. If I see a photo of a single person having unprotected sex, I would like to assume that it is or was their long term partner. I assume there are single people on here who have been married or in long term relationships in the past, and it is possible that they might have photos of themselves and their former partners which they would use on their profile. I know that is a lot of assumption but in the long run if 2 singles or couples meet from here surely issues like unprotected sex would come up in discussion before any action? Either way each person has to trust their own instincts as to another persons honesty about such matters. It won't be an issue for me because if I don't feel 'right' about someone I won't meet them & I certainly won't be getting involved in any action without being appropiately attired.
